I am a resident who supports my Fire Department. During the 2009 legislative session, legislation was passed empowering the residents of our community and changing the process to dissolve or consolidate local government units. A bill has been introduced in the Senate (S7238) and Assembly (A10432) to provide technical amendments to the legislation passed in 2009.
I ask you, as a registered voter to please support those technical amendments and vote in favor of Senate Bill 7238 and Assembly Bill 10432.
